Programming Shock Sensor Control Modes (Grand PRIX)

  1. Pull fuse No. 27 (10-Amp) from instrument panel fuse block. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS . Turn ignition switch to ACCESSORY position. Ensure seat belt indicator flashes and chime sounds 2-4 times. Turn parking lights on. As soon as parking lights are turned on, seat belt indicator will flash and chime will sound a number of times equal to currently set customizing mode number. See SHOCK SENSOR CONTROL MODES under PROGRAMMING MODE LIST (GRAND PRIX) .
  2. Mode number will advance, each time parking lights are turned on and off. A transition past Mode 4 will start count again at Mode 1. To exit and save current customizing mode, turn ignition off and replace fuse No. 27 (10-Amp).
