Transmitter Synchronization

Loss of transmitter synchronization will occur when the following conditions are present:

1. If the transmitter is activated more than 256 times while the transmitter is out of range of the remote control door lock receiver.
2. After the transmitter battery replacement, if the transmitter is immediately activated more than 16 times while times while the transmitter is out of range of the remote control door lock receiver.

In order to resynthesized the transmitter, press and hold the transmitter lock and unlock buttons simultaneously for at least 7 seconds, or until the following condition is present, the horn sounds 3 times. Perform the resychronization procedure if the following conditions exist:

1. The batteries on the keyless entry transmitter have been replaced.
2. A keyless entry transmitter is malfunctioning.
