Driver Information Center Personalization Programming

  1. Turn ignition on. Ensure transmission is in Park. Select DRIVER ID 1 or DRIVER ID 2 by pressing UNLOCK button on Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter or appropriate memory seat control.
  2. Press and hold ENG/MET button for 5 seconds. WELCOME TO BUICK OPTION FEATURE will be displayed on Driver Information Center (DIC).
  3. Select DRIVER ID 1 or DRIVER ID 2 by pressing ENG/MET button to toggle between selections. Press RESET to choose a current selection.
  4. Each feature that can be personalized will appear on DIC display. Once a selection is made for a feature, DIC will advance to next feature.
  5. To exit selection mode without moving through each personalization feature, press a different button on DIC or turn ignition off. Selections will be retained.
