Powertrain Control Module Programming: Notes
WARNING:
DO NOT disturb scan tool harness while programming. If an interruption occurs during programming procedure, programming failure or module damage may occur.
WARNING:
DO NOT program a module unless you are directed by a service procedure or you are directed by a General Motors Corporation service bulletin. Programming a module at any other time will not permanently correct a customers concern.
NOTE:
Procedures were written specifically for use with Tech 2 scan tool scan tool. Other generic scan tools may be used, but may have limited functions.
