Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable hoist. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
    3. Fig 1: Front Wheel Speed Sensor Jumper Harness Electrical Connector

  3. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor jumper harness electrical connector (1).
    4. Fig 2: Hub & Bearing Assembly - Front

  4. Remove the hub and bearing assembly (2). Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Front in Front Suspension.
