Removal Procedure

Remove the console center trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement .
Rotate the shift indicator lamp socket (1) counterclockwise in order to release the lamp and socket (1) from the shifter assembly.
Remove the lamp and socket (1) from the shifter assembly.

Remove then shift indicator lamp (1) from the lamp socket.
