Preliminary Procedure Remove the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Replacement .
1	Battery Current Sensor Procedure Detach electrical connector. Ensure that the location measurement of the battery current sensor is recorded for reference during installation. Remove the sensor from the cable.
