Circuit/System Verification
- Verify no DTCs are present.
- Inspect the card reader for damage.
- If damage is noted, replace the card reader.
- Verify the map database SD card is fully inserted into the SD card reader slot.
- Ignition ON, radio ON, select navigation using the radio controls. Verify the system switches to navigation and map data is available.
- If the navigation system is unable to access the map data, refer to Circuit/System Testing below.
- If the navigation system functions, but the no GPS symbol/message is displayed continuously, refer to No Global Positioning System (GPS) Reception .
