Circuit/System Verification

- Verify no DTCs are present.
- If any DTCs are present
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If no DTCs are present
- If any DTCs are present
- Verify the map database SD card is fully inserted into the SD card reader slot.
- Ignition ON, radio ON, select navigation using the radio controls.
- Verify the system switches to navigation and map data is available.
- If the navigation system is unable to access the map data

- If the navigation system accesses the map data
- If the navigation system is unable to access the map data
- Verify the No GPS symbol/message is not displayed with the vehicle moved to a location with an unobstructed view of the southern sky.
- If the No GPS symbol/message is displayed
Refer to No Global Positioning System (GPS) Reception .
- If the No GPS symbol/message is not displayed
- If the No GPS symbol/message is displayed
- All OK.
