Installation Procedure
Install the battery positive cable junction block terminal (6) to the battery positive pole.
- Install the battery positive plate (5).
- Install the starter fuse (3).
- Install the battery positive cable to starter cable (1) to the battery.
- Install the 2 battery positive plate nuts (4) and tighten to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
- Install the battery positive cable to starter nut (2) and tighten to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
- Tighten the battery positive cable junction block terminal nut to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).
Close the battery fuse box cover (1) and lock the retaining tabs (2, 3).
- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

Refer to Fastener Caution .
NOTE:
Counterhold the battery positive cable junction block terminal with a suitable tool.
