Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

  2. Remove Air Cleaner Assembly (1) Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LCV)

  3. Remove Fuel Feed Pipe (1)Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine LCV)

  7. Remove Drive Belt (1)Drive Belt Replacement (LCV)
  8. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

  9. Remove Battery Positive Cable Nut (1)
  10. Remove Battery Positive Cable (2)
  11. Disconnect Electrical Connector (4)
  12. Lower the vehicle.

  13. Remove Generator Bolt (1)
  14. Remove Generator Nut (2)
  15. Remove generator mounting stud, if necessary. (3)
  16. Remove the generator.(4)
