Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)

    Air Inlet Valve Actuator(2) - Left Side - Remove - Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement - Left Side (With CJ2)

    Mode Control Cam Actuator Bolt(1) - Remove[2x]

  5. Mode Control Cam Actuator(2) - Remove
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bracket Bolt(1) - Remove[4x]

  8. GM4421248

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bracket(1) - Remove

  9. GM4421249

    Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam(1) - Remove[2x]
