Installation Procedure
Generator Splash Shield (3) - Install
- Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Drive Belt (1) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement (LTG) , or Drive Belt Replacement (LCV)
- Lower the vehicle.
Air Cleaner Assembly (2) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG) , or Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LCV)
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
