Blower Motor: Service and Repair

Power Module And Blower Motor:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Air cleaner assembly.
2. Cross tower brace.
3. Wiring harness bracket.
4. Electrical connector (7), cooling hose (9) and the mounting screws (5).
5. Tilt blower motor in case and disassemble fan from blower motor (6).

CAUTION: Fan imbalance and noise will result, if the fan is bent.

6. Blower motor (6) from position in case (10).
7. Blower fan from position in case (10).
