Window Control Switch

  1. Connect test light between Pink wire in switch connector and ground. If light comes on, go to next step. If light does not come on, check for open in power feed wire.
  2. With harness connected to window control switch, connect (backprobe) test light between ground and terminal "C" of power window switch. Operate switch in up position. Connect test light (backprobe) between ground and terminal "D" of power window switch. Operate switch to down position. If test light comes on in both positions, test power window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR  . If test light does not come on in both positions, replace power window control switch.
