Body Control Module: Service and Repair

Removal

1. Battery negative cable.
2. Combo-panel.
3. Retaining screw and pull BCM and mounting bracket out of cavity.
4. Electrical connectors.
5. Two nuts securing BCM to mounting bracket and mounting bracket from BCM.
6. Bushings from bottom of BCM and BCM from vehicle.

Install

1. Bushings to bottom of BCM.
2. Mounting bracket to BCM and secure with two nuts.
3. BCM into cavity and connect electrical connectors.
4. Retaining screw to BCM mounting bracket.
5. Combo-panel.
6. Battery negative cable.
