Toe-In Adjustment (Front)

  1. Center steering wheel and keep it centered throughout procedure. Loosen adjusting sleeve clamps. See Fig 1. Rotate adjusting sleeve until threaded part of both tie rod ends is covered by adjusting sleeve (no threads are showing).
  2. Turn adjusting sleeve until toe-in is as specified. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS  table. Ensure slot in adjusting sleeve is NOT aligned with gap in clamp. Ensure angle of clamp bolt (in relation to horizontal line) is as illustrated. See Fig 1. Ensure bolt head is facing rearward. Tighten clamp bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
