DTC 72 EBTCM Serial Data Link Fault: Notes
DTC 72 will set and TRACTION CONTROL indicator light will turn on if EBTCM detects 3 consecutive serial data line messages which are ignored due to errors in transmission.
NOTE:
Test numbers refer to numbers on diagnostic chart.
- Checks to see if Tech 1 can communicate with EBTCM. A/C control panel may also be used to communicate with EBTCM.
