Idle Speed Control (ISC) Actuator

Throttle Body Assembly:

IDLE SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

TOOL REQUIRED
J 29607, Idle Speed Control (ISC) Adjusting Wrench

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor connector.
2. Crankcase vent pipe at air intake duct.
3. Air intake duct with air cleaner housing.
4. ISC actuator electrical connector.
5. ISC actuator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. ISC actuator. Tighten ISC actuator nuts to 3.7 Nm (33 lb. in.).
2. ISC actuator electrical connector.
3. Air intake duct with air cleaner housing.
4. Crankcase vent pipe at air intake duct.
5. IAT sensor connector.

ADJUST
1. Perform ISC check.
2. Perform Throttle Position Sensor/Idle Learn Procedure under Fuel Delivery and Air Induction / Service and Repair. Service and Repair
