DTC B3108: Transmitter Synchronization Failure: Testing

- If diagnostic system check was performed, go to next step. If diagnostic system check was not performed, go to DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
- If transmitters have not been synchronized and function properly, go to step 4). If transmitters have not been synchronized and do not function properly, go to next step.
- Synchronize transmitters. Go to DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
- Using known good transmitter test RKE system operation. If known good transmitter operate system properly, go to next step. If known good transmitter does not operate system properly, go to step 6).
- Replace transmitter battery with known good battery. If transmitter operates system correctly, system okay. Verify all RKE functions.
- Connect scan tool and enter RKE diagnosis. Check last button pressed function to assure proper transmitter operation. If scan tool read correct transmitter used and function requested, system okay. Verify all RKE functions.
- Replace RKE module. Verify system operation.
- Replace transmitter. Verify system operation.
