DTC B3108: Transmitter Synchronization Failure: Testing
- If remote keyless entry diagnostic system check was performed, go to next step. If remote keyless entry diagnostic system check was not performed, go to REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
- Hold transmitter within operating range of vehicle. Press and hold lock and unlock buttons on transmitter for 8 seconds. Repeat for additional transmitters. Using scan tool, clear DTC B3108 from memory. Operate all functions using all transmitters. If DTC B3108 resets, go to next step. If DTC B3108 does not reset, go to REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
- Replace Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module. See REMOTE FUNCTION ACTUATOR (RFA) MODULE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
