Compressor Control Valve Assembly Install

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 5403 Snap Ring Pliers




1. Coat the O-rings with 525 viscosity refrigeration oil.
2. Using thumb pressure, push the O-ring in place.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the retaining ring is properly seated in the ring groove.

3. Using the J 5403, install the valve retaining ring with the high point of the curved sides against the valve housing.
