Diagnostic Tests: Notes

NOTE: Before clearing DTCs, record FREEZE FRAME and FAILURE RECORDS for reference during testing. Data will be erased when DTCs are cleared. Perform OBD system check before proceeding with DTC tests, and upon completion of any repairs. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC (OBD) SYSTEM CHECK under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.

NOTE: If PCM is replaced, PCM must be programmed using special equipment. See PROGRAMMING .
