Powertrain Control Module: Removal

Turn ignition off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove under hood fuse/relay box cover. Firmly grasp PCM and slide unit straight up and out of fuse/relay box. See Figure . Flip release levers and disconnect PCM from harness connectors. Remove PCM from backing plate.
