Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power outlets to the end panel, if equipped.
  2. Install the console floor lamp, if equipped. Refer to CONSOLE LAMP REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
  3. Install the rear seat audio controls, if equipped. Refer to AUDIO CONTROL REPLACEMENT - REAR SEAT .
  4. Install the rear seat heater switch, if equipped. Refer to HEATED SEAT SWITCH REPLACEMENT - REAR .
  5. Connect all electrical connectors.
  6. Install the end panel to the console.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  7. Install the 2 top retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lbs in).

  8. Install the 4 retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lbs in).

  9. Install the rear cupholder to the end panel. Refer to Cupholder Replacement - Front Floor Console .
  10. Install the storage bin. Refer to Console Storage Bin Replacement (Non-Luxury)  or Console Storage Bin Replacement (Luxury)  .
