Oil Pump Bolt Torque Sequence:

Tighten the Oil Pump Bolts in sequence 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.)

Important: The oil pump bolts must be re-tightened AFTER the generator mounting bolt has been tightened to specifications to allow for uniform compression of the oil pump gasket.

Generator Lower Mounting Bolt 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)


Re-tighten the Oil Pump Bolts in sequence 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)




Oil Pump Inner Gear Tip Clearance 0.08 mm (0.00026 in)
Lobe Inner Diameter - Maximum 0.10 mm (0.0039 in)
