Removal Procedure

Remove the side front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door . .
Remove the lock rods from the side front door lock (1).
Disconnect the electrical connector from the side front door lock (1), if needed.
Remove the screw (2) that retain the side front door lock (1) to the door.
Remove the side front door lock (1) from the door.
