Installation Procedure

Install the auxiliary HVAC control module (1) to the auxiliary HVAC module (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the screws to the auxiliary HVAC control module (1).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).
Connect the electrical connectors (3,4) to the auxiliary HVAC control module (1).
Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Utility) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Suburban) in Interior Trim.
