Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Loosely install the 9 bolts retaining the module to the roof.
Use a drill bit to align the 2 holes A and B.

Tighten: Tighten the 9 bolts in the sequence shown to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Connect the electrical connectors.
Install the drain hoses. Refer to Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Front and Sunroof Drain Hose Replacement - Rear .
Install the sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Panel Replacement .
Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
Install the finishing lace. Refer to Sunroof Finishing Lace Replacement .
Install the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
Synchronize the sunroof motor if necessary. Refer to Sunroof Motor/Actuator Synchronization .
