Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Cadillac SRX. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the radio control module (1) to the mounting bracket.
  2. Fig 1: Locating Radio Control Module

  3. Connect all the electrical connectors.
  4. Install the headliner.
  5. Install the rear park assist display.
  6. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  7. Install the rear coat hooks.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 10 N.m (88 lb in).

  8. Install the front quarter trim panels. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Side Door Opening Frame .
  9. Install the rear quarter trim panels. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper .
  10. Install the rear opening weatherstrip.
  11. Reprogram the keyless entry transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Programming in Keyless Entry.
  12. Reprogram the tire pressure sensors. Refer to Tire Pressure Sensor Learn in Tire Pressure Monitoring.
