Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the generator bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the generator bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the accessory drive belt idler pulley. Refer to Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement .
Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (LP1, LY7) or Generator Replacement (LS2) .
Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
