Radiator Replacement

Preliminary Procedure Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System . Remove surge tank hose/pipe. Refer to Surge Tank Hose/Pipe Replacement - Inlet . Remove radiator hose inlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement . Remove radiator hose outlet. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement . Remove cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement . Remove engine oil cooler pipe/hose quick connect. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting . Remove transmission oil cooler lines. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement .
1	Bolts, Radiator (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
