WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2011 GMC Yukon XL, 2011 GMC Yukon, 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2011 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the mid-gate window to the open.
- With the mid-gate window tilted at an angle, place the bottom edge in the lower channel of the window frame (1).
Be sure to align the mid-gate window side-to-side using the glass alignment arrows (1).
- Apply a firm downward pressure and then push the mid-gate window flat against the window frame. Use the grab handles (1) at the top of the rear glass to assist you.
- Push the mid-gate window flat against the window frame and push each latch lever (2) up until it locks. You should hear a click when each latch lever locks correctly.
The rear seats can be returned to the normal position when the rear glass is out and stored properly in the storage pocket.
