CONDITION/CONCERN
During diagnosis of any concern, technicians may find that the vehicles above set a false code B124B sym04 in the HMI module.
RECOMMENDATION/INSTRUCTIONS
If no concerns are noted when using the USB source and there are no USB-related customer complaints, ignore DTC B124B sym04 as it should be considered a false code and no components should be replaced for this false code. If the USB is inoperative, follow SI diagnosis for Auxiliary Audio Input Malfunction.
