Removal Procedure
- Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
- Disconnect the fuel sender assembly electrical connector.
Use the CH-45722 wrench by turning counter clockwise and remove the lock ring (1).
Disconnect the fuel sender assembly transfer hose (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Remove the fuel sender assembly (1) and the O-ring (2).
