Time Delay Relay

Relay acts to prevent compressor engagement for 10 seconds (Chevette) or 20-25 seconds (Vega) after the ignition switch is turned on or selector levers are placed in "A/C" mode. This allows time for purging the fuel evaporation canister and preventing compressor clutch chatter.
