Without Air Conditioning

1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system.
2. Disconnect heater hoses at core and plug core connections.
3. Remove retaining screws at edge of heater core cover in engine compartment
4. Remove cover and remove core from air distributor.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Check system for leaks. When installing core cover, replace sealant if needed.
