Passive Keyless Entry (PKE) System: Notes

Passive Keyless Entry (PKE) system consists of a transmitter and receiver. Corvette system uses 2 antennas and interacts with Central Control Module (CCM) and power door lock system.

PKE system allows user to passively lock and unlock vehicle. By sensing a transmitter, PKE system will know when to automatically lock or unlock door(s). PKE system has 4 normal operating modes. It is from these modes that all functions are accessed.
