Knock Sensor Module: Service and Repair

KS Module:

KS Module Removal:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Remove the PCM
2. KS Module cover.
3. Carefully squeeze latches on Knock Sensor (KS) Module and carefully remove KS Module.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Carefully insert KS module into socket. Carefully press down on KS Module until latches catch.
2. KS Module cover.
3. Install the PCM.
