Keyless Entry Receiver/Transmitter Will Not Program

Attempt to program system with a known-good transmitter and retest system. If system now operates, replace suspect transmitter. If system does not operate, check Black/White and Black wires and connector for an open circuit or short to voltage. If wiring and connection are okay, replace keyless entry receiver.
