Speedometer Malfunctioning

Diagnose Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS), located on transaxle. See appropriate TESTS W/CODES article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE section:

Repair as necessary. If speedometer is still malfunctioning, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT PANEL article.
