Programming CTD Sensor, Arming & Disarming Modes
- Turn off instrument panel dimmer switch. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Remove BCM PRGRM fuse located in instrument panel fuse block. Turn ignition switch to ACCESSORY position. Seat belt warning light flashes and chime sounds 4 times to indicate BCM type 4 (CTD) and that BCM is in programming mode.
- To change shock sensor mode, turn headlight switch from OFF to PARK, then back to OFF. The seat belt warning light will flash and chime will sound to indicate current mode. When Mode 4 is reached, Mode 1 will be repeated.NOTE: Programming arming & disarming modes requires another key to operate door lock cylinder while ignition is in ACC position.
- To change arming & disarming modes, insert key in door lock and turn key to unlock position for one second, then back to center position. The seat belt warning light will flash and chime will sound to indicate current customization mode. When Mode 3 is reached, Mode 1 will be repeated.
- To exit and save current programming mode, turn ignition off. Replace BCM PRGRM fuse.
