Arm System With Switch

Turn ignition off and remove key. Open door. Security indicator should flash. If indicator does not flash, go to TEST NO 2  under SYMPTOM TESTING. With door open, lock doors using power door lock switch. Security indicator should stay on. Close all doors and liftgate. Security indicator should flash slowly, indicating system is armed. If system will not arm or go into alarm mode, go to TEST NO 2  under SYMPTOM TESTING. If system has intermittent false alarms, go to TEST NO 3  under SYMPTOM TESTING. If security indicator does not illuminate, go to TEST NO 4  under SYMPTOM TESTING.
