APP Sensor 2 and APP Sensor 3 Disagree

The Scan Tool Displays YES or NO. When the TAC module receives a signal voltage from APP Sensor 2 not in proper relationship to APP Sensor 3, the scan tool displays YES. The scan tool displays NO under the normal operating conditions.
