HVAC System - Manual

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
2. Remove the instrument panel trim plate.
3. Remove the HVAC assembly retaining screws.
4. Pull the assembly rearward.
5. Twist the lamp sockets to remove (1).
6. Pull the bulbs gently to remove from the sockets.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the bulbs to the sockets (1).
2. Install the HVAC assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notices in Service Precautions.

3. Install the HVAC retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the retaining screws 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the instrument trim panel trim plate.
5. Enable the SIR system. Refer to Enabling the SIR System in SIR.
