Scan Tool Data Definitions - PCM

Generator F Terminal: The scan tool displays 0-100 percent. The Generator F Terminal is an input to the PCM which indicates the percentage of total capacity that the generator is producing.

Generator L Terminal: The scan tool displays Active or Inactive. The PCM applies ignition voltage to the Generator L Terminal to start the charging process. When the generator is at operating speed and producing voltage the scan tool displays Active.
