WARNING:
On vehicles equipped with air bag supplemental restraint system, do not confuse 2-pin ignition lock cylinder harness connector with Yellow 2-pin air bag system connector located at base of steering column.
NOTE:
To prevent misdiagnosis, first check and repair engine performance-related DTCs. See appropriate SELF-DIAGNOSTICS article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
NOTE:
To identify proper key code when replacing or duplicating ignition key, use PASS-Key(R) II Interrogator (J-35628-A).
