A/C Request

Range Yes/No: Represents whether Air Conditioning (A/C) is being requested from the HVAC selector. The input is received by the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and then sent over UART serial data to the PCM and finally to the scan tool over Class 2 Serial Data.
