Installation Procedure

Snap the jounce bumper to the mounting cup (4WD 15 Series).

Install the jounce bumper (All 25/35 Series and RWD 15 Series with coil spring).
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the nut to the jounce bumper stud.
Tighten

Tighten the nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
Remove the safety stands.
Lower the vehicle.
