Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying Seat Recliner Mounting Bolts

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the seat back frame to the seat back recliner mechanism with four bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the seat recliner mounting bolts to 26 N.m (19 lb ft).
Install the lumbar assembly. Refer to Lumbar Replacement - Front Seat .
Install the head restraint support. Refer to Head Restraint Support Replacement .
Install the seat back pad and cover. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front .
Install the seat in the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement .
